Role Description This full‑time position is for an Outpatient Physical Therapist at our on‑site location in Waterbury, CT. The role involves evaluating patients’ physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering evidence‑based physical therapy care in one‑on‑one and group settings. The therapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Responsibilities also include educating patients and families on therapeutic techniques and promoting functional recovery. Qualifications Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices Strong skills in Patient Care services Knowledge of medical principles with a focus on improving patient mobility and well‑being Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Connecticut Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities Familiarity with specialized therapies (e.g., hand therapy, vertigo‑dizziness) is a plus Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team #J-18808-Ljbffr
