- Advance procurement transformation by leading Division procurement workstreams supporting SAP deployment, standardizing Procure-to-Pay processes, and increasing adoption of consistent processes, tools, and standard operating procedures.
- Champion technology-enabled procurement capabilities - including e-sourcing, contract management, and spend analytics tools - leveraging emerging technologies to improve efficiency of sourcing and reporting processes and enhance the quality of insight delivered to the business.

- Proven success developing and implementing sourcing strategies that deliver measurable, validated business outcomes.
- Strong financial and business acumen, including a clear understanding of cost drivers, savings methodologies, and the P&L and cash flow impact of procurement decisions.
- Strong systems and analytics orientation: advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required; ERP implementation experience highly preferred, with SAP experience a strong plus; comfort adopting emerging technologies and automation.
