This role provides exposure to creating strategic insights, sales planning, PowerBI dashboard creation and makes an impact by distilling complex data into actionable insights. We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytically-driven Manager to own performance reporting, commercial sales planning, and business intelligence across the Fashion Boutiques and FBBs.What impact you can create at CHANEL:As Manager, Owned Retail Analytics & Insights, you will shape how Chanel’s Owned Retail business leverages data to drive performance and strategic growth. You will:Deliver performance recaps that distill complex sales and clienteling data into actionable insights, influencing decision-making for senior leadership.Build and enhance sales planning tools and dashboards, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of fashion boutiques and F&B retail teams.Develop and maintain business intelligence infrastructure, ensuring Chanel stays ahead in understanding market dynamics and client behavior.Drive continuous improvements in reporting and analytics, enabling leaders to make more informed decisions and identify new opportunities.Ensure accuracy and timeliness in commission and bonus payouts, supporting a motivated, high-performing field team.Your work will empower leaders and teams with the right information at the right time, directly contributing to Chanel’s commercial excellence and retail innovation.You are energized by:Solving complex problems and uncovering insights from large datasets.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including tech, retail leaders, and market teams.Creating and evolving dashboards and reporting tools that improve business visibility and performance.Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and delivering results with precision.Presenting data-driven recommendations and stories to senior leaders.Supporting transformation and continuous improvement in retail operations.What you will bring to the team:5+ years of professional experience in retail, operations, business analysis, or a related field.Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI.Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.Strong written and verbal communication skills—capable of translating complex analyses into clear, compelling presentations.A passion for retail, with a deep understanding of retail business dynamics.Experience working independently and collaboratively across teams.Demonstrated ability to drive enhancements in reporting and business intelligence infrastructure.Position LogisticsPartially Remote: Role requires a minimum of three days in-person office presence at the designated location/office.Location requirement: New YorkOccasional travel may be required for meetings or market visits.No significant physical requirements.Compensation:The anticipated base salary range for this position is $ 70,200 through $110,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position.
