Job Description
The Executive Administrator provides high-level administrative support to the Board of Directors, with a focus on board and investor activities. This role coordinates executive scheduling, manages confidential information, supports office operations, and oversees vendors and facilities while maintaining accurate records and handling bookkeeping responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Manage scheduling and calendar activities for the Board of Directors and Staff.
Coordinate board meetings, investor activities, and related logistics.
Manage correspondence and prepare executive documents and materials.
Track expenses and support bookkeeping activities.
Maintain confidential records with discretion and accuracy.
Manage vendors and facilities as part of office operations.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
