What You Bring

• ~6+ years of hands-on experience leading Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) from start to finish

• Deep expertise in Phase I due diligence, including site history research, field reconnaissance, regulatory review, and report preparation

Work Environment & Flexibility

• ~85% office / 15% field (varies by project and season)

• Company vehicle available or mileage reimbursement provided

• Ability to work from multiple office locations

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carol Stream, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $53.00/hr.
