Position/Job Title: Wellness Nurse (Full Time) Location: Brandywine Living at Upper Providence

Employment Type: Full-Time 11pm-7a and 3pm-11pm

Salary Range: $34.00- $36.00 per hour

SIGN ON BONUS of $1,500!

Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary: As a Nurse at Brandywine Upper Providence, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, coordinate total nursing care, and support the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, emergency response, documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess residents and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate care
• Maintain clinical documentation and compliance
• Supervise nursing staff and support resident activities

Required Qualifications:

• Active LPN license
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
