We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN) to join our team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, supporting clinical staff, ensuring quality resident care, and maintaining regulatory compliance during weekend shifts.

Schedule:

• Saturday & Sunday

• 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts

• Ensure quality resident care and adherence to care plans

• Assist with staffing coordination and clinical oversight

• Address resident, family, and staff concern professionally

• Monitor documentation and regulatory compliance

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote positive outcomes

• Respond to emergencies and provide clinical guidance as needed

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Previous supervisory experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
