Massage Therapist – Independent Contractor Posted: August 7, 2026 Location: On Site Job Description White Stallion Ranch is looking for experienced, professional massage therapists to join our on-site spa team. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with a flexible schedule. Therapists enter their own availability through our booking system, and guests are able to schedule appointments during those available hours. You can choose how much or how little you would like to work. Our spa business varies seasonally, with a generally slower summer season and increased demand during the cooler months. Appointment volume can also vary from week to week. We currently have two massage rooms available and ask that therapist availability be coordinated so no more than two therapists are scheduled at the same time. Services Offered Swedish Massage – 60, 90, or 120 minutes Deep Tissue Massage – 60, 90, or 120 minutes Hot Stone Massage – 60, 90, or 120 minutes Stress Relief Treatment – 30 minutes Assisted Stretching – 30 minutes White Stallion Ranch provides massage lotion for services. Therapists are responsible for any additional tools or specialty supplies they prefer to use, as well as cleaning and resetting the treatment room after each appointment. Job Requirements Current Arizona massage therapy license Current professional liability insurance Previous professional massage therapy experience Ability to perform Swedish and Deep Tissue massage; Hot Stone experience preferred Strong guest-service and communication skills Reliable and professional Comfortable working independently in a small spa setting Able to maintain a clean, organized treatment room and reset it between appointments W-9 and required independent-contractor documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr
