Your Clinical Mission As a Community-Based Therapist, you aren't just managing a caseload—you are a strategist for growth. You’ll support children and families through: Holistic Therapy: Delivering individual, family, and group sessions that address trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and more. Collaborative Care: Partnering with families and community agencies (like CPS and DDD) to ensure a \"whole-picture\" approach to healing. Actionable Growth: Creating individualized treatment plans that serve as a roadmap for long-term success. This role allows you to balance your week between: Telehealth: Connecting with families from a professional remote setting. In-Person: Building deep, face-to-face rapport within the Arizona community. What You’ll Need to Join Us Education: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Licensure: LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW (Associate-level clinicians receive supervision toward independent licensure!). Experience: 3+ years working directly with children; familiarity with CBT/TF-CBT is a major plus. Age: 21+ years old.
