With a team of over 1,500 nationwide associates, TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry.Responsibilities:????Works directly with appropriate TMG personnel to understand project concept, objectives and approach. ????Takes assigned project from original concept through final implementation. ????Implements all TMG toolbox items during start-ups ????Insures that TMG standard audit is at 100% compliance ????Creates and maintains project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time requirements, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project product/service lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts. ????Conducts project/transition meetings. ????Provides single point of contact for assigned projects. - Coordinates interaction and communication among TMG personnel. - Identifies and coordinates assignments of internal resources and external resources to meet TMG's project requirements. Works with appropriate personnel to allocate personnel time to project tasks and to track progress of their work. - Assesses and prepares to address the operational impacts, workflow, training, etc. issues of a project. Assists TMG Site Leadership in developing tactical and strategic products, services and/or programs to support the TMG's goals (financial, quality, production, customer service, operational efficiency, etc.). ????Works closely with TMG personnel and business partners to identify and maximize opportunities to use information and technology to improve product, service and/or program business processes. ????Reviews, analyzes, and creates detailed documentation of business systems and user needs, including workflow, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. ????Develops effective reporting tools for the business unit. ????Analyzes the business unit's activities and trends and compares analyses against the service standards and best practices. Presents findings and works with the Site Leadership and other personnel to identify and implement strategies that will address tactical and strategic goals. ????Defines, develops and implements quality assurance practices and procedures, end user test plans and other QA assessments. ????Supports operational work load when needed in the event of absenteeism ????Special assignments and other operational duties as neededQualifications:* High Proficiency with Microsoft office applications • Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team and service oriented; builds strong working relationships. • Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude.
