Role Overview: As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing mandatory and specialist training. This includes: Mandatory inductions and updates Practical skill assessments Ensuring colleagues are up to date and knowledgeable in delivering high-quality care The successful candidate will be based in the Oxfordshire area and will be expected to travel to Active Care Group sites and training venues within an approximate 100-mile radius including overnight stop overs. Minimum of 18 months of occupational competency in Health & Social Care. Experience working with individuals with physical and/or neurological conditions. Strong presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Computer literate, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (travel may include overnight stays). Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS.
