Systems Analyst, Consultant

Your Role The Application Services team plays a critical role in enhancing customer and technical collaboration while delivering all application development through a Platform and Technology Product Operation Model. The Systems Analyst, Consultant will report to the IT Development Senior Manager. In this role you will be the comprehensive subject matter expert in the technology products/platform feature space and apply, learn, and extend your skills beyond formal role boundaries. Your Knowledge and Experience Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience. Requires at least 7 years of directly related professional experience and deep technical abilities in one or more primary products, programs, or technologies. Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and technical counterparts. Excellent problem‑solving and prioritization skills. Demonstrated experience in collaborating with development and operations teams to streamline the product delivery lifecycle. Experience in product testing and test case creation. Experience documenting agile workflows and processes. Experience utilizing the Atlassian suite of products. Requires basic technical knowledge and experience including adherence to architectural design, development standards, security policies, and sustainable design practices. Hybrid This role requires employees to be in‑office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in‑person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.
