Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused CSR who enjoys helping people and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone. You’ll service existing clients, resolve policy needs, and uncover opportunities to cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Commercial insurance.
Responsibilities
- Process policy changes and account updates
- Assist customers with payments and billing
- Monitor and resolve account alerts
- Follow up on outstanding documents and policy requirements
- Provide service by phone, email, and text
- Document customer interactions and follow-up activities
- Review existing accounts for coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities
- Generate additional insurance quotes for existing clients
- Support customer retention and account growth
- Maintain a minimum of 2 hours of talk time per day
- Provide professional, friendly, and timely customer service
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable making inbound and outbound calls
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Sales-minded and comfortable cross-selling
- Insurance experience preferred but not required
- Property Casualty license (Within 30 days on Hire)
- Life insurance license is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
