Key Responsibilities For The Controller Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, inventory costing, payroll coordination, and month-end close. Prepare and analyze financial statements, account reconciliations, and budget-to-actual variances. Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes. Manage inventory accounting, job profitability reporting, and sales reconciliations. Evaluate capital expenditures and analyze return on investment. Coach, develop, and lead the accounting team while maintaining strong internal controls. Qualifications For The Controller Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience with 3+ years of leadership experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and account reconciliations.
