Sales finance analyst associate and administrative business coordinator to support a top CPA & Wealth Management Practice’s daily operational activity.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry preferred, having worked in a role supporting business client relationship calls, performance metrics, profitability, sales revenue, supporting company operations related to financial transactions, service form processing and supporting operations for a business unit.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Generate and review various reports, open mail statements, reconcile and document statements on a routine basis, i.e., plan calendar reviews due, perform metrics tracking calls and statuses.

·        Prepare service forms and follow up on service client appointments.

·        Provide superior level of service, client attention, and attention to detail with responsiveness to client’s needs within scope of limited authority and expertise.

·        Maintain client files in cloud database; set up initial files and update as necessary to keep compliance following compliance audit protocols.

·        Manage calendar for top advisor appointments, and work on client type reporting in excel, including scheduling client account reviews and other reports pertinent for meeting preparation

·        Perform general administration and support functions for the Advisor as assigned

·        Quickly develop knowledge of a variety of forms and account procedures in order to assist client’s needs.

·        Call clients to address policy reviews and discuss the importance to have a timely review of their policy following industry guidelines, and expectations about their plan.

·        Analyze and assess client portfolios according to goals set by client and advisor

To be a good fit for this position:

·        College or graduate degree in business required.

·        Willing to obtain Life and Health insurance license within a 90-day period

·        Some knowledge or willing to learn A360 sales software and other apps.

·        Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel

·        Enrolled in college or course certificate knowledge of investments, life insurance, retirement programs and/or financial planning required.

·        Polished outgoing personality, social and able to work well and fluently in a multi-cultural environment where clients are the priority from different cultures.

·        Proven organizational skills, with ability to prioritize, with strong attention to detail

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills for establishing and building client relationships.

·        Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

·        Ability to accept change and adapt to a constantly changing environment

·        Be proactive and highly motivated

·        Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
