Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in West Pawlet, VT by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• Hazmat endorsement
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Partner as a two-person CDL A team with HMD Trucking to deliver dry van Hazmat across the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate OTR routes safely with a Hazmat endorsement
• Adhere to DOT regulations and company policies
• Load, secure, and document hazardous freight properly

Drivers run 5,000+ miles weekly, rotating home time biweekly. Our fleet features trucks under three years old with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers, backed by in-house maintenance support.

This W-2 role offers strong mileage pay starting at 77¢/mi split plus 2¢/mi Hazmat bonus, plus health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and safety incentives.
