As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and use computer or tablet technology as needed. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 06:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of industrial facilities, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors and delivery personnel, and documenting entries, exits, and incidents in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel when needed. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and other required records while maintaining professional communication with site personnel. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
