Compensation Specialist

LHH seeking multiple detail-oriented Compensation Specialists to support the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs. This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable, and data-driven pay practices that align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research, salary benchmarking, and compensation analysis to ensure competitive pay structures Support the development and administration of salary ranges, job classifications, and compensation programs Partner with Talent Acquisition on offer recommendations, including market pricing and internal equity reviews Assist with annual compensation processes such as merit increases, bonuses, and incentive planning Maintain compensation data, reports, and dashboards; provide insights to leadership for decision-making Respond to compensation-related inquiries from employees and managers and ensure consistent application of policies Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and leadership to support compensation initiatives and projects Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company compensation policies and practices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field 2–5 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or a related function Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and ability to manage large datasets Experience with compensation tools (e.g., Workday, PayFactors, CompAnalyst) preferred Solid understanding of compensation principles, market pricing, and pay equity Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
