Project Scheduler

Project Scheduler

gpac is partnered with a well-established company in the Mechanical Construction industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Scheduler to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are looking to take their career to the next level with a reputable company.

Responsibilities:

- Create and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 software.

- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop comprehensive project schedules.

- Monitor and track project progress, identifying any risks or delays.

- Make adjustments to schedules as necessary to ensure timely completion of projects.

- Conduct site walk downs when needed to gather accurate project data.

- Communicate effectively with project members of all levels, providing updates on scheduling and addressing any concerns or issues.

Essential Job Functions:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Project Scheduling role for small and large capital projects.

- Proficient in Primavera P6 software, with the ability to set up and manage resource loaded schedules.

- Strong knowledge of MS Project or similar software is a plus.

- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills.

- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage changing priorities.

- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and researching for solutions.

Skills:

- Proficiency in Primavera P6 software.

- Strong knowledge of project scheduling methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented and highly organized.

- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: $75,000 - $130,000
