Data Reporting Analyst

Job Summary:

The Data Reporting & UAT Analyst is responsible for supporting data testing, reporting, requirements analysis, and facilitating coordination between business and technical teams. This role involves developing test scenarios, writing SQL queries, building dashboards, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of data-driven solutions within healthcare systems. Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and identify gaps.
• Develop test scenarios, validation scripts, and UAT documentation.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data analysis.
• Build dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
• Track issues, support resolutions, and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with business users, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or health systems.
• 5+ years in requirements gathering and technical specification development.
• 5+ years collaborating with developers and business teams.
• 5+ years of recent SQL experience.
• 5+ years working with relational databases, BI reporting tools, traceability, and test scenario development.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience with Teradata.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Knowledge of Medicaid policy and regulatory reporting.
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

Special Considerations:

• Hybrid work environment with some onsite presence required.
• Expected onsite attendance is approximately 1 day per week initially.

Scheduling:

• Hybrid remote work schedule with occasional onsite work.
