The work schedule is Monday through Friday, offering a 40-hour week that enables our therapists to maintain a work-life balance while providing consistent, high-quality therapy.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals and patient needs.Implement evidence-based physical therapy techniques to address various conditions, ensuring an effective rehabilitation pathway for each patient.Utilize modern therapeutic modalities and manual techniques to enhance patient outcomes, continuously assessing progress and adjusting treatment as necessary.Provide exceptional customer service, building trust and rapport with patients while inspiring motivation for their recovery journey.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, integrating efforts to provide holistic care in achieving optimal patient health and recovery goals.Educate patients and caregivers about exercise prescriptions, rehabilitation protocols, and general wellness strategies to promote long-term recovery and health maintenance.Meet established productivity goals and contribute to the clinic's business objectives, fostering an environment of growth and success.Patient Population / Client FocusYou will work primarily with orthopedic and musculoskeletal patients, but your role will also include treating pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine clients. This diversity in patient demographics allows for a dynamic and enriching professional experience as you tailor your care to meet varying needs and scenarios.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree from an accredited physical therapy program is required, preferably transitioning towards a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).Current state license to practice physical therapy in Florida is mandatory.Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to ensure clear and concise interactions with patients and colleagues.Proficiency in computer skills, including word processing and electronic medical records.Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to building authentic relationships with patients and the community.Preferred ExperienceExperience in orthopedic physical therapy is a significant advantage, enhancing your ability to contribute to our patient outcomes.Prior work in a rehabilitation facility setting is preferred, as it equips you with insights into the various challenges faced by patients during their recovery.Familiarity with evidence-based practice and modern therapeutic technologies will strengthen the quality of care you provide.Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
