INVOICE PROCESSING SPECIALIST

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Invoice Processing Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As an Invoice Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of all invoices and payments for the company. This is an on-site position, and the successful candidate will work closely with our accounting and administrative teams. Key Responsibilities: Receive, review, and process all invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner Verify accuracy of invoices and resolve any discrepancies or issues Maintain accurate records of all invoices, payments, and related documents Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any billing or payment issues Prepare and process payments, including checks, wire transfers, and ACH transactions Reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure accuracy of general ledger entries Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Provide support to the accounting team as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in invoice processing or accounts payable Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP, preferred Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities If you are a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in invoice processing and a passion for the real estate industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
