Sales acccount and showroom manager

Stellar Works is recruiting a sales account and showroom manager to join its New York City team. This is a fixed-term/temporary role with genuine potential to become permanent in Feb 2027. The role will see you supporting our wholesale & workplace accounts while overseeing our NYC showroom. The role is based in our Tribeca, New York, flagship showroom and will report to the US managing director. This is a varied, hands-on role combining sales operations, client services and showroom management. You will support the wholesale and workplace sales operation, while being the face of Stellar Works in New York: the first-person architects, interior designers and specifiers meet when they walk through the door. Reporting to the managing director and supported by our US and Shanghai teams, your remit covers the New York and US market. Sales operations and pipeline support: support the wholesale and workplace sales team across the full US pipeline, from lead tracking and quotation preparation through to order processing and post-sale follow-up maintain CRM records and produce regular reporting on pipeline performance, project status and forecasting Client services: build and maintain strong relationships with our client base: wholesale and workplace dealers, architects, interior designers and contract furniture specifiers handle product and pricing enquiries, coordinate sample requests and deliveries and ensure a consistently high standard of service at every touchpoint Order and project coordination: liaise with our operations and production teams at the factory to support order and project delivery in the US work closely with the US team to track milestones, manage documentation and keep clients informed, acting as the connective tissue between our New York showroom and Shanghai headquarters Showroom management: own the day-to-day of our Tribeca showroom, ensuring it is always immaculate, up to the brand standards and welcoming act as the first point of contact for visiting clients, architects, interior designers and trade partners support the team to execute showroom events, open houses and collection launches Sample and marketing materials: manage the showroom’s sample inventory, finish library and marketing collateral support the global marketing team on US brand-building activities and content produced from the showroom We are looking for a candidate with: around three to five years of experience in a sales operations, showroom or client-facing coordination role within the furniture industry. experience with bespoke or made-to-order furniture is preferable you will be naturally organised, polished in client-facing situations and genuinely interested in design comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment without losing attention to quality or detail a natural communicator: polished and professional in person, by phone and in writing, with the confidence to represent Stellar Works to architects, designers and clients at the highest level commercially minded and data-literate, with experience working in CRM systems and preparing quotations or sales reports familiarity with specification sales and the A&D sector is a strong plus proactive and ownership-oriented: you bring structure and initiative to everything you take on, and you take pride in the detail previous experience working in a luxury brand showroom, workplace or contract furniture environment is highly valued a background in interior design, industrial design, architecture or a related creative discipline is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr Critical Playground LLC
