What You'll Do:
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data for MS and Tele patients
- Manage patient dysrhythmias and respond to alarms promptly
- Provide patient care in general Med-Surg, COVID, TB, and negative pressure rooms
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (Epic)
- Assist in patient education and discharge planning when needed
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
What You Need:
- Valid RN license for Louisiana or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent MS/Telemetry experience
- Strong skills in dysrhythmia interpretation and telemetry management
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Ability to work night shifts and flexible scheduling as required
