Compensation

$150,000 - $200,000+ Annual Earning Potential

Compensation is based on experience, leadership background, and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven service leader to build and lead a high-performing team at our new Honda facility opening in January 2027.

What Youll Do

Lead all service department operations (staffing, production, profitability)
Drive customer satisfaction and retention
Coach and develop Service Advisors and Technicians
Monitor KPIs (RO count, labor hours, efficiency, CSI, etc.)
Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company standards
Manage scheduling, workflow, and overall shop performance

What Were Looking For

Required:

3+ years of Service Manager or Fixed Ops leadership experience
Strong leadership and team development skills
Proven track record of driving performance and results

Preferred:

Honda or import dealership experience
CDK or similar DMS experience
Strong understanding of fixed operations KPIs
