Learn More About ProSidian Consulting at Job Description ProSidian seeks a Acquisition Support Specialist I | Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis located in the CONUS - Southern United States (USA) and listed under an Administrative Specialist III Labor Category as an Engagement Team Mid Level Professional aligned under services related to NAICS: 541611 - Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services. JOB OVERVIEW: Provide services and support as a Procurement Assistance Support Services (PASS) (Acquisition Support Specialist I) in the Government and Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Management and Operations Solutions for clients such as the State of North Carolina (NCDPC) and North Carolina Department of Administration Division of Purchase & Contract (P&C). Generally Located in OCONUS - Goldsboro, NC 27530 and across the CONUS - Southern United States (USA) Region. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Assist with entry‑level acquisition tasks such as drafting procurement documentation, supporting solicitation processes, and maintaining contract files. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related field. Three (3) or more years of providing a broad range of complex acquisition management support services. Ability to read and interpret each State's acquisition policy, regulations, and directives and apply those interpretations fully and legally to all activities described in the Statement of Work (SOW). Ability to analyze cost and pricing data, assist in proposal evaluations, and assist in preparing contract negotiations. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications Certification from a nationally recognized organization such as NCMA, UPPCC or DAU. Master's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Law, or Public Administration. Competencies Required Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and Adobe. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones and delivery schedules as outlined.
