Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but open to new graduates
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to collaboration and culturally responsive service

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech/language services for K-12 students
• Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and track student progress
• Deliver direct and indirect services within the school day
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational outcomes
• Maintain accurate records per district and regulatory guidelines
• Focus solely on SLP duties-no expectations for bus, recess, or extra supervisory responsibilities
