ABOUT OUR AGENCY I opened my agency in 1981 and currently lead a team of eight. Before entering the insurance industry, I worked as a music director, and I've always enjoyed helping others grow and succeed. Outside of the office, you'll find me bass fishing, cooking, enjoying music and sports, and serving as a captain for the Youth High School Association. I'm naturally competitive and driven by achieving results.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Grant Gravois - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
