- Operate manufacturing equipment and support production processes
- Perform basic equipment adjustments and troubleshooting
- Follow safety and quality standards
- Work with your team to meet production goals
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, construction, landscaping, farming, military, or other hands-on labor roles
- Stable work history
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Forklift experience preferred
- Direct hire from Day 1
- Starting pay of $21.84/hour
