The Position We are seeking a builder-operator hybrid —a Director of Supply Chain who can architect and scale a mature supply chain capability from the ground up, while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day operations. This role is hands‑on and based in our Tampa warehouse, with a strong emphasis on build quality, QA/QC , and operational excellence. You will be responsible for designing and executing a supply chain strategy that supports OPSWAT’s hardware growth, ensuring every unit shipped meets our standards for quality, branding, and customer experience. What You Will Be Doing Build & Scale Supply Chain Capability Architect and implement scalable supply chain processes, systems, and vendor networks to support OPSWAT’s hardware growth trajectory. Hands‑On QA/QC Oversight Lead quality assurance and control efforts in the Tampa warehouse, including hardware assembly, imaging, testing, and packaging. Ensure every unit meets functional, security, and branding standards. Warehouse Execution & Fulfillment Oversee daily operations in the Tampa warehouse, including inventory control, ERP data accuracy, and fulfillment workflows. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with Product Management to align supply chain execution with product specs. Work with Creative and GTM teams to ensure packaging and branding elevate the customer experience. Vendor & Logistics Management Build and manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners. Ensure compliance with export regulations and hardware‑specific controls. Operational Metrics & Continuous Improvement Define and track KPIs across procurement, fulfillment, and QA/QC. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality. Team Leadership Hire, mentor, and lead a high‑performing team of supply chain and warehouse professionals. What We Need From You Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in hardware or technology sectors. Proven track‑record of managing global logistics, procurement, and fulfillment operations. Must possess a strong understanding of global compliance requirements, with a particular focus on export regulations and hardware specific controls when distributing goods across international borders. Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), demand planning, and inventory control. Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. What We Need From You Proven experience (3+ years) in governance, risk, and compliance within cybersecurity or information security environments. Proficiency in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Deep understanding of security and regulatory frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, DORA, SOC 2, and CIS Controls (CIS18), as well as privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA. Technical understanding and background related to information systems, cybersecurity, cloud environments, network, and technology risks. Skilled in policy writing, technology audits, security investigations, and data analysis. Experience with risk management frameworks, risk register process, and risk treatment planning. Hands‑on experience with audit management, including internal audits and external certification support. Experience in developing control self‑assessment process and governance. Understanding of data protection and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) concepts. Basic understanding of AI/ML risks, including data leakage, prompt injection, and governance considerations (preferred). Ability to support risk assessments and governance processes in collaboration with technical teams. Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
