What we're looking for: We are seeking a highly consultative and results-driven Membership Sales Specialist to convert prospective member enquiries into EHE Membership clients. This role combines consultative sales, customer engagement and education to help individuals understand the value of an EHE Membership and confidently enroll. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can quickly establish credibility, uncover customer needs, articulate the value of preventive health services and successfully convert inquiries into memberships. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor while delivering a premium consumer experience that reflects the EHE brand. In this role, you will: Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from prospective members generated through marketing, PR and digital campaigns Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, motivations and health goals Educate prospective members on EHE Membership's preventive services and benefits Clearly communicate pricing, services, booking processes and available options Effectively address objections and concerns while maintaining a customer-first approach Consistently convert qualified prospects into enrolled members Follow up with interested prospects to drive enrollment decisions Deliver a concierge-level experience reflective of EHE's premium brand Support ongoing refinement of sales messaging and enrollment processes What the role requires: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in healthcare, concierge medicine, wellness, luxury services or membership-based businesses Demonstrated success achieving sales and conversion goals Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills Ability to build rapport quickly and establish credibility with diverse audiences Strong objection-handling and closing skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills What we offer: Competitive salary Lucrative commission opportunity Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance Employer-matched 401(k) plan Professional development stipend Employee access to our preventative exam and services Monthly fitness benefit/reimbursement The base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $100,000 and is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications and skills.
