Rosenberg Indoor Comfort is seeking a dedicated full-time HVAC Sales Consultant to join our team in San Antonio, TX. As a vital member of our organization, you will support homeowners throughout San Antonio and Boerne, representing a respected company known for its commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU GET: PAY & BENEFITS

This full-time opportunity offers a performance-based compensation only pay range of $100,000 to $225,000 per year and includes the valuable benefit of a company vehicle.

YOUR ROLE

As an HVAC Sales Consultant, you will begin your day by departing from your home in your company-provided vehicle to meet with homeowners. Your primary focus will be consulting with customers on replacement options for air conditioning and heating systems, providing prompt and attentive customer service, and following up to answer all questions after proposals or installations. Throughout the day, you will ensure that each homeowner receives the information and support needed to make informed decisions about their home comfort systems.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 1+ year(s) of residential HVAC sales experience
• Ability to give great customer service
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to answer all customer questions after proposals or installations

YOUR HOURS

The HVAC Sales Consultant will work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Each day begins at home, with direct dispatch to job sites, so there is no requirement to report to a central office before starting your workday.
