Litigation Associate

Our Tampa office is growing, and we’re looking for motivated Associate Attorneys with 1-3 years of experience with first party property, coverage and liability matters. This newly structured position provides practical litigation experience, consistent mentorship, and a clear development path designed to help early-career attorneys build confidence and momentum.

As a full-time Associate Attorney in our Tampa office, you’ll work closely with experienced litigators on an established and growing practice, gaining meaningful exposure to all stages of litigation while building the skills needed for long-term success. Attorney Qualification:

• Admission to the Florida State Bar and in good standing
• J. D. from an accredited law school
• 1+ years of extensive defense litigation experience
• Strong work ethic, motivation, effective project management and creative thinking are expected
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
