Job Summary We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and sales initiatives. Responsibilities Assist with planning and executing promotional events. Help prepare event spaces, displays, promotional materials, and supplies. Present products and services in a friendly and professional manner. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales. Generate leads through customer interactions and event activities. Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown. Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees. Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate. Support individual and team sales goals during events. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Previous experience in events, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or promotions is a plus but not required.
