Job Summary We have an immediate opening in our Dallas office for a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate with a minimum of six years of experience. Candidates must hold an active Texas bar license. Responsibilities Prepare pleadings, conduct depositions, draft motions, and engage in settlement negotiations. Communicate with clients regarding legal strategies and courses of action. Represent clients in trial and arbitration proceedings (preferred). Qualifications Minimum six years of experience in complex commercial litigation. Strong academic credentials and ability to handle multiple projects under pressure. Exceptional judgment, superior interpersonal skills, and commitment to community service. Proactive, dynamic, entrepreneurial background with varied interests.
