Registered Nurse Telemetry

$1689.12/week - Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for night shift (3x12 hour nights) in a telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will provide specialized patient care to cardiac patients and ensure compliance with all clinical and safety standards. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and monitor vital signs frequently. Collaborate with healthcare team to facilitate cardiac interventions and recoveries. Document patient progress accurately and timely. Educate patients and families on post-procedure care and health management. Ensure adherence to patient safety protocols and infection control procedures. Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice. Minimum 1.5 years of nursing experience, preferably with cardiac or telemetry skills. Current BLS and NIHSS certifications. Ability to handle high patient acuity and multitask efficiently. Experience with cardiac procedures such as stent placement, pacemaker implant, or cardiac surgery preferred.
