About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Implementation Services to spearhead the establishment and growth of a dedicated function. This senior leadership role is pivotal in ensuring a world-class customer experience and accelerating the value for all parties involved. The successful candidate will be responsible for personally managing and implementing the most complex and strategic customer projects, while also designing the systems, processes, and organizational structure to support global scaling. Key responsibilities include serving as the single point of accountability for implementation, building out a dedicated team, defining and instrumenting metrics, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet project goals. The role demands an executive presence, world-class project management skills, and the ability to influence product and engineering roadmaps. Applicants for the Vice President of Implementation Services position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in project management, with a proven track record in leading enterprise-grade implementations, particularly in the financial services, fintech, payments, or enterprise technology sectors. A project management certification such as PMP or PgMP is required. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in implementing or onboarding regulated financial institutions and a deep understanding of the compliance, security, and risk considerations in this space. Experience in building and scaling an implementation or professional services function, as well as a strong background in cross-functional collaboration, is essential. The role also requires familiarity with embedded finance, digital assets, or regulated financial infrastructure, and the ability to design a high-quality customer journey that delivers value for all parties.
