Role Senior Principal Scientist leading the development of next-generation assay reagents and detection technologies for advanced biomarker analysis platforms, focusing on spatial dyes, bead systems, and bioconjugation chemistry. Responsibilities serve as a scientific expert in assay development, define technology roadmaps, lead innovation in spatial dye architectures, bead surface chemistries, and conjugation strategies oversee complex technical investigations and intellectual property generation Requirements Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field 20+ years industry experience in assay or reagent development, with expertise in biomarker detection technologies, multiplexed assays, spatial biomarker applications, and regulated diagnostic environments Preferred proven track record translating science into commercial products, patents, high-impact publications, experience with scaling manufacturing, and familiarity with diagnostics (IVD, CLIA, FDA). High-Value focus on ultra-sensitive protein detection, multiplexing, spatial biology, and platform innovation supporting disease research and diagnostics.
