• Customer Care Specialist will primarily handle customer interactions through phone and emails.
• It was established that the position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office and two days remote, with some flexibility based on business needs.

• The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn, with a preference for experience in life sciences, military, or defense industries.
• Minimum 1-2 years minimum experience.
• Good in communications and email writing skills.
• The client is open to hiring candidates with no prior experience, as long as they have recently completed high school and possess strong communication skills.
