Director, Omnichannel Orchestration - Foster City, CA

Responsibilities
- Define and develop US omnichannel orchestration vision, roadmap, and capabilities aligned to commercial priorities
- Drive implementation of Next-Best Experience and Next-Best Action programs with functional and technology partners
- Establish foundational data and analytics capabilities; lead development of ML/AI decision engines for personalized campaigns
- Build cross-functional alignment across digital, analytics, commercial operations, and IT teams on omnichannel strategy
- Lead end-to-end delivery of omnichannel capabilities, defining quarterly priorities and ensuring measurable business value
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience, or Master's degree with 10+ years, or PhD with 8+ years
- 10+ years pharmaceutical commercial experience with strong analytical and communication skills
- Deep expertise building omnichannel orchestration and AI/ML decision engines for HCP and patient campaigns
- Experience with pharmaceutical data sources including claims data and engagement data from sales and marketing
- Ability to navigate between commercial, data, analytics, and technology environments effectively
- Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills in matrix environments
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate complex problems into measurable business outcomes
