Will You Will Do: Act as the delegate to the Program Manager; assist in meeting contractual commitments, including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations. Lead/assist with the daily program cadence (battle rhythm), such as risk and opportunity boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, program management reviews, preparation for customer visits, execution reviews, staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments. Prepare, revise, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM), corporate, and business policies and procedures. Act as the Cost Account Manager (CAM) for the PMO and coordinate the broader functional team during EAC development, with the potential to oversee the entire EAC process. Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically organized into Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and/or Cross Product Teams (CPTs)), including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support), and administrative functions. Display strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills, and comfortably interact with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadership. Lead proposal and startup activities What You Will Learn: Raytheon and RTX Business Acumen SBU & SSBU organizational structure, responsibilities amongst the programs and the functional areas, and deliverables Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience Prior experience in program, or project management Prior experience with or as a IPTL (Integrated Product Team Lead) Lead or similar position Experience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages for management review Prior experience with program and project management tools (ex: IPDS/RLPM etc.) Prior experience with any of the following: EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management, IMP and/or IMS development or similar program/system Qualifications We Prefer: Program Management Level 6 Certification or ability to achieve within 6 months Certified BOE developer / approver Prior experience interacting with USG program and contracting agencies Product lifecycle management experience Raytheon Earned Value Certification Experience with supplier management and/or subcontract management Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management What We Offer: Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
