We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the Propulsion System Controls organization. This role blends administrative support with analytical and technical responsibilities and requires strong communication skills to work effectively with global teams. Key Responsibilities: * Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses
* Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, track follow-ups
* Create and enhance presentations (PowerPoint)
* Build and analyze datasets using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, visuals)
* Collect and interpret operational data to support decision-making
* Coordinate cross-functional work and maintain structured documentation Must-Have Skills: * Intermediate + Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong communication and attention to detail
* Ability to work onsite and support a global team
* Organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Comfortable handling sensitive information Requirements

- High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership in a global organization.
- Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
- Ability to interact professionally with senior leadership and external partners.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; strong attention to detail.
- Availability to support executives outside standard business hours when needed.
