Are you a Project Manager looking to join a well-respected commercial general contractor known for delivering complex, high-profile projects throughout the Greater Philadelphia region?

Our client is an established and growing General Contractor/Construction Manager with an outstanding reputation for quality, repeat business, and employee retention. They are seeking a motivated Project Manager with approximately four or more years of commercial construction experience who is ready to take ownership of challenging projects while continuing to grow their career.

Healthcare & Hospital Facilities
Higher Education & Institutional Projects
Laboratory & Life Sciences
Corporate Interiors
Pharmaceutical Facilities

Responsibilities

Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, and field personnel.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Monitor project costs, quality, and safety while ensuring successful project execution.
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

Approximately 4+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor or Construction Manager.
Experience managing commercial, healthcare, hospital, higher education, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or institutional construction projects.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
