Job DescriptionWho we are looking forBose is seeking a Global Process Owner (GPO) for Finance Value Streams to lead the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Account-to-Report (A2R) processes globally. This role will drive process standardization, governance, continuous improvement, and digital transformation, including Bose's SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration. The GPO will leverage process mining, analytics, automation, and AI to improve efficiency, compliance, financial performance, and user experience.Why this role is important to usAs the Business Process Owner for Finance Value Streams, you will own the global Procure-to-Pay and Account-to-Report processes end-to-end—from demand identification and supplier onboarding through supplier payment, financial close, consolidation, statutory reporting, and enterprise financial insights.Working across Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Shared Services, and Technology, you will drive standardized global capabilities that enable scalable growth, operational excellence, financial compliance, and world-class user experiences.Using process intelligence, AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making, you will continuously improve process performance while enabling a modern, efficient, and scalable Finance operating model aligned with Bose's long-term business and digital strategy.What you will be responsible for Process Ownership & GovernanceOwn global P2P and A2R processes, standards, controls, and governance.Define Finance process architecture and transformation roadmap.Lead process councils and executive governance forums.Ensure alignment between global standards and regional requirements.Transformation & Continuous ImprovementRedesign and optimize Finance processes using process mining, analytics, AI, and best practices.Drive automation, simplification, standardization, and operational excellence.Improve compliance, working capital, cost efficiency, and financial controls.ERP & Digital TransformationLead Finance process design for SAP S/4HANA and other digital initiatives.Partner cross-functionally to develop future-state business processes.Define business requirements that maximize ERP capabilities while minimizing customization.Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementInfluence senior leaders across Finance, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology.Drive change management, adoption, and capability development.Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and enterprise thinking.What we valueBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.12+ years of leadership experience in Finance, Procurement, Global Business Services, Business Process Management, or Transformation.Experience leading global P2P, A2R, or comparable Finance value streams.Proven success in process standardization, governance, and large-scale ERP transformations (SAP S/4HANA preferred).Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Financial Close, Consolidation, Reporting, and Internal Controls.Experience with process mining, automation, AI, analytics, and digital technologies.Strong executive influencing, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.Experience within consumer technology, manufacturing, hardware/software, or similarly complex global organizations preferred.At Bose, you're inspired to be and do your best and are rewarded for your unique talents! The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of Framingham, Massachusetts is: $152,800-$210,100.The hiring range for other Bose work locations may vary.
