What you'll do

• Review plans, specs, and RFPs
• Build accurate, competitive estimates
• Perform takeoffs and price all major cost components
• Work with subs and vendors for quotes
• Identify risks, constructability issues, and value engineering options

What you bring

• 5+ years estimating DOT or heavy highway work
• Experience with paving, bridges, earthwork, rehabs, airports
• Ability to build conceptual and final estimates
• HCSS experience a plus
