What You’ll Do:
As the face of our front office, you will help our young patients feel safe and welcome! Duties include:
- Greeting families and checking in patients with a smile.
- Verifying dental insurance benefits and keeping files up to date.
- Scheduling routine 6-month checkups and restorative follow-ups.
- Collecting copays and patient balances at checkout.
- Preparing daily clinical charts, routing files, and scanning forms.
- Answering phones and helping your teammates with cross-trained tasks.
The New Pediatric Dental Care of Greater Orlando, Inc. is an independently owned, family practice that has office locations in Oviedo and East Orlando (Waterford Lakes area), Florida that are staffed by the same team. Patients therefore have the option to choose either location and receive the same great personalized care.
