This is a high‑impact individual contributor role for a leader who excels at synthesizing complexity and enabling confident, timely decisions.ResponsibilitiesShape executive narratives, pre‑reads, and decision memos for ELT and Board‑level forumsTranslate strategy, priorities, and progress into a clear, consistent enterprise storylineDrive leadership alignment on priorities, trade‑offs, risks, and outcomesFrame decision options, constraints, and recommendations to improve decision qualityEstablish and sustain executive operating cadences and governance routinesServe as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, removing blockers and clarifying directionPlay a critical part in ensuring leaders have the clarity, alignment, and insight needed to move the enterprise forward.Preferred skills and Experience8+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or enterprise execution roles within large, complex organizationsExperience supporting large‑scale technology, infrastructure, or cloud organizationsStrong executive communication, synthesis, and storytelling skills, including Board‑ and ELT‑level narratives and decision materialsAbility to translate complex strategy, priorities, and results into a clear, cohesive enterprise storylineProven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment without formal authorityExpertise in framing decision options, risks, constraints, and trade‑offs to enable prioritization and governanceStrong leadership alignment and facilitation capabilities to drive decisions, ownership, and follow‑throughComfort operating at speed across matrixed business and technology environments, including ambiguity and shifting prioritiesExperience with executive governance routines or leadership operating modelsTrusted advisor mindset, applying structured problem solving and principled challenge with senior leadersStrong cross‑functional partnership skills across business, technology, portfolio/program management, risk, and complianceThis role requires a high degree of flexibility and responsiveness, with frequent unplanned work and shifting priorities.
