GENERAL MANAGER (Mfg./Dist. / #1 Role / Full P&L Responsibility)

GENERAL MANAGER (Manufacturing / Distribution / #1 Role / Full P&L Responsibility...including sales team)(Salary $150 - $200K, 25-50%+ real bonus potential, full P&L and team responsibility, attractive culture and entrepreneurial work environment)Mid-sized ($50MM+), well established and growing manufacturer/distributor is looking for an experienced leader (full P&L responsibility) who is interested in helping to take them to the next level (significant upside growth potential.) Position responsibilities include:Full P&L responsibilityManage/lead all manufacturing & distribution functions and associated business processesManage, lead, mentor and develop direct and indirect reports (approximately 100 ftes)Further implement (and leverage) a lean culture/work environmentDevelop (and manage against) a strategic/tactical plan and budgetQualifications:Bachelors degree 5+ years of manufacturing/distribution leadership experienceGood working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory control, lean/related, strategic/tactical planning, etc.Full P&L experienceExcellent leadership, management and people development experienceExcellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing/distribution leader who is looking to leverage their existing knowledge/skillset and be at the table and part of really helping a company with a well-recognized and proven product portfolio grow.
