At Luxor Staffing, we grow by providing growth opportunities for our employers and our employees. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Onsite Coordinator in Fort Worth, TX! Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!
Schedule: Wednesday-Friday 8AM-5PM, Saturday-Sunday 6AM-3PM
*This position is located in the Alliance area*
As an Onsite Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to help our clients by providing them with high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
· Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
· On-board and train new employees
· Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in recruiting preferred but not required
· Flexible schedule required
· Must be able to work overtime and some weekends as business demands fluctuate
· Strong organizational skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Bilingual in English and Spanish required
