Step into a day where quality drives every decisionAs the Automotive Quality Management Systems (QMS) Manager at Dynamic Manufacturing, you begin on the plant floor—observing, listening, and checking alignment to the procedures your team has shaped. You map the day: an internal audit in the morning, a management review after lunch, and a gage calibration check before close. You partner with the General Manager to confirm every product requirement is on track, then translate insights into data, actions, and continuous improvements that keep our powertrain products world‑class.What you will leadPlan and execute timely internal audits, and drive effective, documented responses to all findings.Facilitate management review meetings with clear data, risk insights, and decisions.Ensure full compliance and ongoing effectiveness of our quality and environmental management systems.Own the corrective action process—from documentation to verification of execution and closure.Control, update, and improve all QMS and environmental system documents and procedures.Maintain, enhance, and report from the plant’s quality tracking systems.Deliver precise, current quality metrics to guide decision‑making.Create and refine job instructions to lock in consistency and repeatability.Work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with quality and operations to sustain process discipline.Perform floor audits to verify adherence to job instructions.Assess gaging and calibration programs for conformance to quality requirements.Coordinate with the General Manager to ensure every product quality requirement is met.What you bringFluency with MS Excel (formulas, sorting, and core functions) and MS Word (drafting and editing).Expert‑level knowledge of TS 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001.Proven experience as a quality manager or quality engineer in manufacturing.Background in the automotive industry.Comfort with basic mathematical calculations.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Tools and technologiesCoordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)Quality Control Software (PC-DMIS, Calypso)Perks and benefitsAn engaging, collaborative work environmentCareer advancement opportunitiesTuition reimbursementCompetitive pay (we pay weekly!)Comprehensive benefits package and 401(k) matchGenerous paid time off, and moreAbout Dynamic ManufacturingFounded in 1955 by John Partipilo, Dynamic Manufacturing is family owned and operated.
